Guest Mode: You do not need an account to play TIRAZO. All matches, statistics, and XP save automatically to your local device.

Google Sign-In: On Android, Google Authentication uses the native Android Credential Manager API. On web browsers, OAuth pop-ups require pop-ups to be allowed in your browser settings.

Guest manager data is persisted strictly in device storage under the tirazo_storage_v1 key. In Beta 1.0, cross-device cloud synchronization is intentionally decoupled. Clearing your application storage or browser cache resets your local career stats.

Signing out of a linked Google account leaves your local guest progress 100% intact.

• Match Engine: Beta 1.0 runs the verified statistical Poisson match engine. The 2D match viewer (V5.4) is currently in standalone testing and awaiting release.
• Soundtrack: Web browsers may require an initial tap or click on the pitch before playing background audio.

The app won't open or freezes on the loading splash

Ensure your Android device runs Android 8.0 (Oreo / API 26) or higher with the latest Android System WebView package installed from Google Play. For web browsers, verify JavaScript and LocalStorage permissions are enabled.

How do I delete my TIRAZO CLUB ID account?

You can delete your account directly inside the Android application under Settings > Account Deletion, or by visiting our publicly accessible web portal at /account/delete. You may also email privacy@tirazo.app from your registered address.

Why didn't my XP increase after replaying a match?

TIRAZO enforces strictly idempotent match progression. When you finish a match, XP is awarded exactly once. Replaying a match or reopening the post-match summary does not duplicate rewards.

How do I support the indie development of TIRAZO?
