TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective Date: November 2026 · TIRAZO Beta 1.0 · Published by KAEL LABS
TIRAZO is currently provided as a public and closed Beta release (Version 1.0.0-beta.1). By downloading, accessing, or playing TIRAZO on Android or Web, you acknowledge that features, balances, and artwork may change prior to full commercial kickoff.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TIRAZO interactive strategy game, published and operated by KAEL LABS ("Publisher", "we", "us"), including the web application and Android APK distributions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.
2. LIMITED LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
TIRAZO grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to play the game strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment. All original game design, code, algorithms, soundscapes, and presentation elements remain the intellectual property of KAEL LABS and its authors.
3. VIRTUAL PROGRESSION & GUEST DATA
Manager XP, virtual coins (Auction mode), squad ratings, and level milestones have no monetary or real-world value. Virtual currency cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred, or exchanged. Guest progress is stored locally on your device and may be erased upon clearing storage.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify game files to gain unfair competitive advantage, spoof match outcomes, or disrupt game services for other users.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE MATCH SIMULATION DURING THE BETA PHASE.
6. OPTIONAL SUPPORT & PAYMENTS
TIRAZO is free to play. If you choose to contribute, you will be taken to Ko-fi for an optional supporter payment. Suggested amounts are not required fees, and contributions do not unlock paid gameplay, in-game currency, prizes, or preferential treatment. Ko-fi provides the checkout interface, with funds received through the creator's connected payment provider. Contact support@tirazo.app about a contribution or refund; your applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Review the payment information and terms presented before authorizing any payment.
